Terms and Conditions for whatcha-doin

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the whatcha-doin website and the whatcha-doin mobile application (together, or individually, the "Service") operated by Hammaad Works ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

whatcha-doin is a habit and todo tracking application designed to foster personal growth and consistency. It provides tools to create, track, and manage habits and actions (todos), as well as a journaling system for reflection. Features include user accounts, public and private content settings for habits, actions, and journal entries, and a shareable public profile accessible via a unique username.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.


6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hammaad Works and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hammaad Works.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
